The Fitting Back In Reentry programs are designed to assist incarcerated individuals with a successful transition to their community after they are released.
PROGRAM GOALS
The Fitting Back In program works to meet the needs of individuals prior to and and immediately following release from incarceration. The program helps to provide access to resources such as mental health, social and medical services with a 3 phase approach.
